Our warranty covers failures due to manufacturers workmanship or material defects from the date of purchase by the user. Warranty is void if the product has been abused, misused or repairs are attempted by unauthorised persons. In the event of failure within the warranty period, we will repair or replace product not conforming to the warranty.

Ion selective electrodes, pH electrodes, and temperature probes are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months.

Interfaces and software are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 12 months provided the use is accordance with the operating limitations and maintenance procedures in the instruction manuals and when not having been subjected to accident, alteration, misuse or abuse.

Warranty returns for repair or replacement should be sent back only after obtaining a returns authorisation number from ourselves.

The warranties described above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties whether statutory, express or implied including, but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and all warranties arising from the course of dealing or usage of trade. The buyers sole and exclusive remedy is for repair or replacement of the non-conforming product or part thereof or refund of the purchase price, but in no event shall our Company (its contractors and suppliers of any tier) be liable to the buyer or any person for any special, direct, incidental, or consequential damages whether the claims are based in contract, in tort (including negligence), or otherwise with respect to or arising out of the product furnished hereunder, representation and warranties made our Company which alter or are in addition to the terms of this warranty shall not be binding upon our Company unless in writing and signed by one of its authorised officers.

Seller will accept no liability ( to the extent permitted by English Law ) for claims made against the buyer for any infringement of patent rights of registered or unregistered trade marks ( including any copyrights therein ) or of registered or unregistered designs or copyright involved in the use , or resale or offering for resale of the products either as originally sold by the seller or otherwise, including, without limitation, their use in combination with other products or any operation of any process.
